About Mike Hartman

Hartman Inventory Systems, LLC

As a teenager, Mike Hartman stocked shelves and pumped gas at his father's truck stop, all the while dreaming of owning his own business. As happens with so many others, life got in the way.

That life consisted of various positions that gave him the opportunity to "act as if" his job was his own business. With that ambition, he quickly advanced through the ranks of management and eventually to General Manager for a multi-million dollar facility. After roughly 30 years in corporate America, the downsizings, buy-outs and re-assignments served to re-ignite the entrepreneurial dream that he and his wife, Cindy, held on to for more than 40 years. This time, that spirit took over.

Looking for something that would fulfill his passion to help others, he discovered a new and growing industry - a personal property inventory service. Remembering the emotional turmoil and stress associated with a burglary, it was at this point that Hartman Inventory became a reality. After a few years of learning the industry and perfecting their process, the next progression was to create the Hartman Inventory Systems, a turnkey business package.

Having a vivid memory of how difficult the trial and error method is, he not only teaches his clients how to do an inventory, but also shares his knowledge of the inventory industry through monthly one-on-one mentoring/coaching calls. Realizing the value of the Secret Abundance Files, he has chosen to include this life/business coaching program as part of the turnkey package, giving each client the opportunity for success that he has.

Though he calls himself a late-bloomer, he isn't slowing down. He and Cindy have created Be Healthy Wealthy and Wise, and are currently working on two other business ventures.

Mike is also a person who gives back to his community. He exhibits leadership through managing and coaching a variety of youth sports programs and serving on the board of a non-profit organization, exceeding records in fundraising initiatives. Mike is also active in various networking organizations throughout the Indianapolis metro area.
