Christianna's knowledge and understanding of wellness is well earned. She has lived it from the young age of 6. What does a 6-year-old little girl know about nutrition? Plenty! Having lived it she knows and understands more about wellness than many classroom trained nutritionists could imagine.

While she does individual consulting, much of her time is spent setting up and conducting health/wellness events for both corporations and nonprofits at which she works with the attendees both as a group and on an individual basis to determine their health needs and make recommendations.

While Success Coaches Institute has shared her story, it has been shared under the title of Annie's Story. At the age of 35 and with 29 years of making wellness her major focus, we made the decision that there is no one more qualified than Christianna to serve as our Wellness Consultant.

A practicing advocate for wellness, she stays on top of the latest findings and never recommends anything of which she doesn't have first-hand knowledge. Her main goal is to help her followers understand that "What you have put on your fork shouldn't necessarily go in your mouth."

Christianna has been a runner since middle school, but not a runner in the strictest sense of running. Instead of putting her dogs on a leash and taking them for a walk, she takes them down to the beach (she lives on a lake) and together they run along the beach and then the paths that continue around the lake well beyond the beach. She and her pups get a great workout each day and they get it in the great outdoors.

A lover of nature and a proponent of getting one's vitamin D directly from the sun (with a good sunscreen) she spends as much time in the fresh air and sunshine as she can fit into her busy schedule. It appears to be paying off because she is a picture of both wellness and fitness.
