When you're going along making progress like you want to... and suddenly things come to a screeching halt because you just can't seem to get to the next step in the process or move from one level to the next or 'whatever' might be holding you back... you might just need to Ask The Coach!
We sometimes get hung up on old ways of doing things when moving ahead is in our best interest. The Coach can most often see in from the outside where we can not. So, what's stopping YOU from asking for help?
We find that many of you will have the same questions... so rather than answer each on an individual basis... you can submit your burning questions via our "Ask The Coach" form, shown below. Then we take the most Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) and add them to our FAQ page where you'll find answers to some of the "hottest" questions asked by members of the group.
